Entertainment Industry in Georgia

Currently Georgia is among the top five states in terms of entertainment production expenditures. This is a direct result of tax incentives that offer competitive tax credits to producers and have generated gross qualified investments in the state totaling more than $2.4 billion. A recent study commissioned by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) shows the Film Tax Credit program creates film-induced tourism spending estimated at $429 million and generating $33 million in state and local tax revenues. The same study also found the program returns $1.24 in state and local taxes for every $1.00 spent.*

These generous incentives offered to the entertainment industry allows individuals and corporations to take advantage of these tax credits by purchasing them at a discount, typically 85%-90% below face value.

Because of our experience working with buyers and sellers, we have high quality, guaranteed credits available for use by companies and individuals to reduce their tax liabilities. These credits are available in amounts as low as $10,000 and up to $5-$10 million bundles.
